    Standing here in line but 2 other people who came in afterwards felt the need to but a head of us to complete their banking needs...guess people here think they are more important than others...or i am invisible

    The counter staff is professional and courteous. As far as their mortgage specialists, run away. I was warned of Elise's inexperience and lack of professionalism, regrettably, I did not heed those warnings. When my concerns were escalated, the Branch Manager in Huntsville agreed they had made large errors and promised they would rectify the issues. Going on six months and no resolution has been provided.... Thanks RBC for standing behind your word.
