  I am a professor of literature who had this crazy idea (twenty-five years ago) to build himself single-handedly, without experience, an upscale lakeside cottage. It surely would have been a disaster without the enduring, patient and friendly instruction, encouragement and advice I received at this store, apart from the reliable deliveries. I am deeply grateful to Warren, Bill, Vic and the others, including the boys from the yard (who picked the best pieces), for being so welcoming and boundlessly constructive over all these years.
