  So looking forward to our Nature burgers for lunch, and even didn't worry about the $70 lunch. However, when all of our burgers were wrong, and the manager was more concerned with publicly chastising the one staff member who didn't make the error I was put off. Plus, instead of properly correcting the mistake, she tried to hid behind a till and just make a few adjustments to our incorrect order. Very disappointed

  Large pouting wasn't even half full. Person ahead of me got "the works" and it was overflowing with everything; the container couldn't even be closed. My portion would have fit in a small-sized container and would have easily closed. Disappointed. Very pricey.

  It would be nice to have a facility like Onroutes where the service is quick and the washrooms are so large you never need to wait to use them

  - Washrooms are usually pretty dirty, and the men's stalls are falling apart. Not very many stalls/urinals, also expect to wait to use the washrooms on weekends
